Toddlers & Preschool:Ages 12 months (walking to 2 1/2 years old. Classes offered are Mom n Me & Preschool Gymnastics. Mom n Me classes are designed for your infant/toddler and the participation of mom and/or dad. Preschool classes are your child's first step on their own. These classes are coed. Recreational Classes:Our recreational program consists of the following classes: Beginner Girls, Beginner Boys, Intro Gymnastics, Adv Beginner Girls, Adv Beginner Boys, Intermediate Girls, Intermediate Boys and Advanced Boys. All classes that are listed are also separated into age groups as well! Team Program:Our Women's Team Program is one of the best in the State of Florida. We are very proud of our reputation, but don't take our word ask around! Classes consist of Mighty Stars, Small Stars, Advanced Small Stars and USAG Levels 1 - 10. Our Teams are a year round program. Gymnasts compete in USAG & AAU sanction events. Other Specialities:Everything from Summer/Spring/Winter Camps, Open Gyms, Birthday Parties, Group Parties, Adult Classes, Private Lessons, Professional Training and Specialized Clinics. We provide it all for your family in gymnastics & fitness.

Are you new to gymnastics or a veteran pro?If you answered yes, you are in the right place! Below is a table divided into age groups. Just find the age you are looking for and just see what we have to offer. You can click on any of the classes to take you to its destination. There you will find descriptions, times and days. Every toddler, preschool, recreational and team classes at Fort Lauderdale Stars is devised to smoothly transition you to the next appropriate level. Instruction is given on all gymnastic apparatus/trampolines/tumbl traks/etc. Class curriculums provide a well rounded approach to proper technique of all gymnastic skills taught. Our program follows the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program and instills the excellence in GYMNASTICS while having a super fun time. Special Note: Between the ages of (2 1/2 - 3yrs old) and (4 1/2 - 5yrs old) it is sometimes difficult for a parent to choose the most appropriate class for their child. Please consult with our professional staff to appropriately place your child. Placing a child in a class that they are not ready for can cause a negative introduction to gymnastics and classes.
