Competitive Teams

Fort Lauderdale Stars offers a Women's USAG Competitive Team Program Levels 1 - 10. We are ranked one of the top gyms in Florida and we are very proud of our reputation. We have achieved many titles and championships throughout the years. Our last accomplishment was the 2011 USAG Florida State 1st Place Prep Op Champions. Your'e in good hands at Fort Lauderdale Stars. We focus on mastering the basics in every level.

Fort Lauderdale Stars' Team is a whole program within itself. There are many different classes that make up our teams. Starting from Mighty Stars, Adv Mighty Stars and USAG Levels 1 - 10. Gymnasts are selected by our professional staff or given a chance to try out for one of our team classes. Children that are selected to our entry levels of pre team and team do not compete immediately. Theses classes are designed to give your child the basic fundamentals of skills and progressions that lead up to competition. We compete both in the AAU & USAG.

We compete in the AAU league at the lower levels 2 - 4

We compete USAG starting at level 4 - 10

Any child who participates in any of our classes that are not on the team level are always evaluated for progression and recommended to our team staff if they show talent. Girls compete in the USAG and AAU sanctioned meets when they are ready for competition.
