Open Gyms for Toddlers, Preschoolers and ages 5 & up.

If you haven't heard already, Fort Lauderdale Stars Gymnastics' Open Gym is pretty popular around town! The best indoor playground around. 12,000 square feet of super fun. Gymnastics equipment, trampolines, ropes, rings, bounce house and so much more. It's safe and always supervised by our professional staff. Don't worry if it rains! It's always dry, clean and cool at our plyground.

Toddlers & Preschool Open Gym

Wednesdays & Thursdays 10am - 11am

Parents Night Out Every Friday!

Friday 6pm - 8pm

Go have dinner Friday night while our instructors flip your children around from 6pm - 8pm. Even have your child bring their friends to share the fun. It's a night of gymnastics, fun and games! We offer hot pizza, popcorn and refreshments for an additional fee but make sure to sign up early.

If your child will be bringing their friends, they must have a current signed waiver on file signed by their parent or legal guardian. Please don't just show up on Friday evenings. Ages 5 & up only.

Gymnasts younger than 5yrs old in our beginner or higher classes may attend Open Gym.

Open Gym does have limited space and usually fills up so call in early on Friday mornings to reserve a spot for PARENTS NIGHT OUT at (954) 828-5682.

No more lines and no need to call in, it couldn't get any easier! Go to the Parent Portal and register today! You can find Open Gym under "Camps" and register for this Friday or even the next five Fridays, it's up to you. If you would like your child to have pizza/popcorn/drink you would select "Open Gym w/ food". Now all you have to do on Friday night is check your child in at the front desk and then go out and have some fun!
